He spent time listening to us and entertained our young children too. He didn’t rush anything and came across as someone who is passionate about what he does. He has such a personalised approach that makes you feel he really cares about what he’s doing, which he obviously does! We took my grandmother’s ring to him to be enlarged and renovated. What he produced surpassed all our expectations. The shop has a really good mix of contemporary jewellery that appealed to us and we’ll be back.”
